Hans Rudolf Kunz – Chairman
Hans Kunz is Chairman of the Board of RedCloud and has co founded the company with a vision to pioneer the way in which retail banking services are accessed in key emerging markets. Hans has been widely regarded through the significant expertise he has brought as Chairman, Board Director, Member of Executive Committee and Senior Managing Director of Bear Stearns & Co. With Swiss banking (BA) education and training in Switzerland, London and New York Hans brings with him market insight that will help develop RedCloud’s future strategies.
Justin Floyd – CEO & Deputy Chairman
Recognised as a leading Entrepreneur for almost 3 decades Justin Floyd has founded and invested in a number of innovative businesses. Since 1987 he has been involved in companies that have included Vecta Software Corporation, a leading Cloud Business Intelligence company and the world’s first leasing exchange that generated over $2 billion in transactions over two years. Mr. Floyd is a trusted adviser to a number of Entrepreneurs who’s products and services are changing markets. He is the Founding Partner of RedCloud VC, an investment company that backs entrepreneurs in emerging and developing markets focusing on mobile, cloud and disruptive technologies.
Ian Murphy – Director
Ian Murphy oversees product strategy for RedCloud, from design to development to service delivery. He is the co-owner of Plextek, a Cambridge based technology leader in electronics product and system design house that designs, develops and manages the manufacture of communications based products. Plextek has achieved international recognition and won a number of prestigious awards for its outstanding contribution to technology globally, including Queen’s Awards for Innovation and International Export.
Soumaya Hamzaoui – Chief Product Officer
Soumaya Hamzaoui is the Chief Product Officer and oversees the product strategy for RedCloud’s products and applications, including design, development and service delivery. She heads the customer engagement teams focusing on the company’s critically important value of customer success. These teams are responsible for on-boarding, product usage, best practices, training, customer support, professional services, partner certification, and developing long-term relationships with Iceni customers. Ms Hamzaoui graduated from Telecom Sud Paris and University of Algeria with a double diploma of engineering in electronics and telecommunication.
Chris Bowley – Chief Technology Advisor
Chris Bowley is Chief Technology Officer at RedCloud and is responsible for all of RedCloud’s technology, including software development, quality and technology vision. With more than 20 years of software engineering and development experience he has been an architect of distributed, high performance, multi-threaded systems. He was also one of the original designers of the acclaimed M-PESA system.
Neal Smith – Chief Finance Officer
Neal has over 25 years expertise and is responsible for all financial aspects of the business, from running the finance department to developing the business model and KPI’s for future growth. Proficiency having worked for several software companies and in 2006 joined an online gaming start up where he became Finance Director. Having helped develop an efficient corporate structure and enviable profitable business it sold for a high multiple in 2010 to a large international corporation.
David Poulton – Chief Technology Officer
David has 20 years’ experience transforming the technological efficiency of financial service organisations. As an IT Director who has lead change management teams, handled major IT procurement and complex operational processes – he is now designer to our innovative technology architecture and responsible for delivering banking systems to enhance product and operational capability.
Justin Fletcher – Company Secretary
Justin was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992 and a US Attorney in 1999. Extensive litigation and commercial expertise gained by advising both domestic and international businesses, having practised in both the City and in the United States. In addition to being RedCloud’s in-house counsel, Justin is the founding partner of a commercial and litigation boutique law firm in the heart of London’s Soho.
